Q - Is your float Insured?
A - Our float has full comprehensive insurance with $10M liability insurance
Q - What tow capacity does my vehicle need?
A - Your vehicle must have a minimum tow capacity of 2500kgs
Q - What happens if I need to cancel?
A - Full Refund will be given if 7 days notice is given. 50% cancellation fee applies 7-3 days, full fee applies for less than 3 days. However - please contact us to discuss. We all have times where we need to change plans at short notice.
Q - Do i need to clean the float before I return it?
A - Yes - float must be clean of all manure, feed, dirt or shavings or cleaning fees will apply
Q - Does my vehicle need to have electric brakes?
A - If your vehicle does not have electric brakes, you can hire a portable brake unit from us for an extra fee
Q - What can I tow in the float?
A - The float is only to be used for trained and handled horses, ponies and donkeys. The float is not to be used for unhandled horses, other livestock or furniture removals.
Q - Do you deliver?
A- The float can be picked up from either our Albury or Table Top location.
Q- What happens if the float gets damaged?
A - We expect normal wear and tear to occur. Any additional damage to the float must be paid for by the hirer in full.
Q- Do you have additional Terms and Conditions?
A - Yes - we have a Terms and Conditions agreement that must be signed before the float can leave the premises.
